This 1600 square-foot, two-bedroom two-bath home is available for one month or longer rentals. It's situated in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, a 55 or older community in Surprise, Arizona -- less than one mile from the rec center, 4 golf courses, and all the major shopping centers. We also have 3 other rentals. One just like this and 2 on the golf course. Ask for details. It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and Owner golf rates of only $41 including cart with the purchase of a $100 Rec Card per person. Golf Cart may be available for $200/month. (Optional) The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a Queen bed in the master suite, and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Bundled Cox cable TV, Phone and Free High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bring your notebook computer).
