Bring your sunscreen, beach is a short walk, take your pooch for a walk along the Intracoastal water way in Bryant Park. Watch the boats while kids are playing in the three story play fort.

This studio has all brand new furnishings, Queen bed, full sleeper, full kitchen, and large bathroom. Enjoy a constant ocean breeze on the patio outside.

Walk four blocks to bridge, over the bridge is beautiful Lake Worth beach. Have breakfast on 'Benny's on the Beach' right on the pier, or enjoy a slice at NYPD pizza.

Ten blocks to the north play a round at Lake Worth golf course, which is right on the intracoastal waterway.

There is plenty to do or just chill out like a native.

Notes: Located close to Bryant Park, walk your dog, play ground for the kids, launch your boat. 3/4 mile from beach. No need for a car. Bike rental will deliver or it's a short walk to downtown Lake Worth. Couple minutes walk to Starbucks, Rotelli's, Brogue's Irish pub, also Thai, Japanese, Mexican and more. Weekends downtown are full of live music. Check out the antique shops or live theater. Close to West Palm Beach. Or drive down scenic A1A along the beach, and stroll down Worth Ave. in Palm Beach.

Very clean and cozy and conveniently located very close to the beach. Very reasonably priced, too. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

If you're looking for a laid-back holiday to experience the local feel of South Florida, we highly recommend this spot. We've really enjoyed eating meals out on the patio, walking or biking the few minutes to downtown Lake Worth, and overlooking the views of the intercoastal from the large dog-friendly park just one block away. The studio is well equiped with the necessities and even has a few extras such as a beach bag, towels, beach chairs and umbrella we got lots of use at around the many beaches in the area (nearest one is very popular and just 10 minutes walking distance). Very clean, adorably decorated and friendly owners made calling this spot "home" during our travels very comfortable!

Great affordable place to stay!

This property is located right down on the inter coastal. I was impressed with the neighborhood initially and was very pleased once I opened the door to this property. The owners were very thorough in their supplying of things you will need including things like, coffee, everything thing you will need in the kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. I have lived the travelers life in hotels and i felt this place had so much more of a homier feel than any hotel.

Very enjoyable stay!

I rented the apartment for my parents. It was very clean and plenty of amenities. My parents were quite thankful for the wall heaters and additional space heater because it was quite cold that week! The location is great. Bryant Park is very nice and is newly rennovated with all new playground equipment and fitness equipment. I will rent again for my parents or family. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with.

COCKROACHES GALORE

The owners are very pleasant, and accomodating, but that being said, the apartment was infested with large and small cockroaches, and although the owner sprayed the premises, they were still ceawling all over me, while sleeping. If the problem is corrected, the place is in a great location, and is worthy of staying at.
Owner's Response: We take great pride in our vacation rental, and it is kept extremely clean and maintained. My wife and I personally spend hours cleaning and preparing the unit for our next guests and make sure everyone is well taken care of.
When 'Mo' informed us that there was an issue, I was there within minutes! And the issue was immediately resolved, (there was no "galore", just a couple). This was the first time this unfortunate situation has happened and we are determined not to have happen again.
Many very satisfied guests, including several return guests, have enjoyed their stay here. We are confident that our future guests will likewise be happy, satisfied, and comfortable in our cozy studio vacation rental.
