Notes: This 4 year old home features radiant heat, dual air condition, claw foot tub, glass block shower, 20 x 70 foot deck on the waterside, heated by propane, exterior lighting everywhere, surround system/ volume controls through-out the home, stainless steel appliances, dual refrigerators drawers and sub zero refrigerator, built in wine cooler, quartz counter tops, built ins in most rooms, built in closet shelve/drawers in all closets, stamped concrete in the entrance.

Relaxing family vacation

We spent five days in this beautiful home on the beach at Fox Island with our four grown children (ages 19-29) and had a wonderful and restful time. The house is beautifully furnished and has every amenity. From the golf 'driving range' on the patio to the tennis court, batting cage and basketball court, it is heaven for the sports-minded family such as ours. There were even two kayaks we used to go up and down the long stretch of shoreline. Our suggestions to the owner would be to put in a trash compactor which would minimize all the trash bags since there is no waste disposal in the sink, print out directions to and from the house to the local grocery store which we never found and to the town of Gig Harbor about 15 minutes way and to hook up wireless internet. We needed to get on line and didn't realize there was no internet. Other than that, if you are looking for a truly relaxing escape without noise or distractions, this is the place.
