Cozy, Waterfront Cottage on the shore of Lac Lovering, Magog, Quebec. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Just 35 minutes north of Newport, Vermont. The lake offers a variety of fishing opportunities to satisfy most anglers. Largemouth, Smallmouth Bass, as well as Lake Trout occupy the water. The water's depth change near the island offers great smallmouth fishing opportunities. The owner has caught several 5 lbs+. The cove's underwater vegetation and rocks are home to some decent size largemouths. During the winter months, it's just a short walk to the deepest part of the lake for ice fishing season.

Sports: Three Downhill/Alpine skiing area within an hour drive; Orford-Magog, Quebec, Jay Peak-Vermont, Cannon-New Hampshire. Ice Skating, Cross country Skiing Snow shoeing available outside the door. Paraskiing, Ice Festivals, occur in January and February in Magog on Lac Memphremagog. Several Golf courses nearby. During the summer months, talk with the local golf expert Arnold (next door neighbor) for details.
