This luxury villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8-10.

Las Terrenas is a village with miraculously protected beaches,

located in Dominican Republic in the Peninsula of Samana.

Kitesurf lovers, you will be surfing the sea all over the year on the

beautiful Popi or Portillo beaches.

The villas Taniera are perched on a hill (loma), covert in a

tropical forest overhanging the sea.

At 5 min from the village center and 3 min from Popi beach, you

enjoy an easy way in to all the facilities, while being protected from

the village excitation. It is the ideal place for an escapade with

friends of with family and kids.

The villa consists of 4 or 5 double rooms with bathroom and toilet.

The villa has its overflow pool on its 1722sqft sundeck and an untouchable view at the sea.

LOMA TANIERA is the place to be for a simple w.e, vacation or weeding! We had a lot of fun in this villa. Very clean and very cute. The owner is charming and the staff very nice. The first beach is at 5 min with you rental quad.
Frederick organized the weeding and everything was Perfect!!!!! The food, the boat, the quad, the bbq, the cocktail , the ceremony with the lobster... A dream!
Can not wait to come back.

The villas are very comfortable, their design is simple and well-thought! Each of the 4 villas has its own pool.
The owner of the villas and his team are very helpful and enthusiastic: they recommend and book activities and restaurants for you, like concierge-services in hotels. Cooks come and prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner, anytime you want. Great nannies can come and babysit your kids allowing free time for parents...
Close to many gorgeous beaches. Activities such as surfing and kitesurfing can also be arranged.

Everything in our stay was just perfect!
The staff was nice, fun and easy.
Fredercik the owner made everything smooth and easy, coordinating the staff, the activities, renting Quads for us, etc.
Also, this part of the country is stunning, wild, genuine, beautiful. You can enjoy very different landscapes and various kind of beaches from the postcard type to wild beaches lost on the coast.
Our house was on the top of the hill so we had an amazing view on the heavy vegetation and the sea from the bedroom
This place is just perfect for a family vacations or to share a house with friends!

I spent 5 amazing days with a large group of friends.
The houses are built on a hill offering an incredible view of the ocean and the lush vegetation. Each of the 4 houses offer full amenities (private pool, internet, plasma TV, AC, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility...). The houses were clean and very well maintained.

The owner Frederick and all his staff are super nice and extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable. They will coordinate everything you need including daily trips/activities (picnic on remote private beach, horse riding, kite surfing, yoga classes).

I would highly recommend La Loma Taniera and I am planning to go back very soon to continue the dream.
