Dock your boat or kayak in the backyard! Charming, clean, well appointed house on a canal with a view of the Shinnecock Bay. Enjoy a sunset cocktail overlooking the bay or a morning run in the nearby nature preserve. Go shopping in Southampton or enjoy a night out on the town at one of the many trendy Hampton's hotspots.

Spend an afternoon swimming in the nearby ocean or bay, surfing, or biking. Dock your speedboat, sailboat or kayak behind the house on a private dock and take off for a day of exploring the bay and beaches. Dock and dine at fun waterfront restaurants and clubs.

Large flat screen television, central air, new outdoor shower, wireless internet, barbecue, bicycles, new beds and all the other amenities of home! Also, finished basement with additional tv and den area that can sleep two or more people (not pictured). Perfect for a family, small group of friends or a romantic couples get-away.

About The Owner

We are a family of four, we have two teenagers and have been coming to the Hamptons for over twenty years.

Why The Owner chose East Quogue

We bought our home a few years ago after renting every summer in the Hamptons. We love water sports, especially sailing, and this was the perfect spot! Our kids can walk to the bay and bike to the ocean beaches. We have visited beaches all over the world, and few compare to the natural beauty of the Hampton's beaches. Coopers Beach in neighboring Southampton has been repeatedly voted one of the top beaches in the US. We also love the fun nightlife the Hamptons has to offer, from dinner at a world famous chef's restaurant to a romantic waterside cocktail to an after hours dance club, there is never a lack of something fun to do. The kids will feel the same, there are endless activities to keep them busy from day into night.

The vacation property was just what we anticipated-quiet, good accommodations, water view, nearby beaches and plenty of good shopping and great restaurants. We loved it and our children who are young adults loved it too!
