Secluded property: Our property is situated in the middle of 26 wooded acres. We have an outside campfire area and a picnic pavilion. There are rocking chairs on the upper porch and a swing on the lower covered patio area to relax and enjoy nature and the peace and quiet.

Family Oriented: Our property is great for family get- to -gethers. There is enough space to spread out and have your privacy. We have a video collection and games to keep you entertained. We discourage young party crowds from coming. We have had too much damage.

Sites in the area: We are within driving distance to the Pa Grand Canyon in Wellsboro, Pa; Corning Glass Museum, Corning, Ny; Harris Hill glider museum and rides, Big Flats, Ny; Mark Twain study, Elmira, Ny; Watkins Glenn and winery tours of the Finger Lakes, Ny; and an Indian artifact museum in Waverly, Ny. There are many more interesting things to do in the area, just too numerous to mention.
