Enjoy our beautiful condominium by the beach! We are centrally located with an easy four minute walk to the beach and four to five minute walk to popular nightlife, entertainment and restaurants like Boomerang Billy's, Louie's Back Yard, Amberjacks, Tequila Sunset, Jakes and more. Our condo is on the second floor of a fourplex built in 2005 and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the pool and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island breezes. The front door also has a large balcony perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa. From the back balcony you can see a bit of the Gulf and from the front balcony you have a good view of the bay. Enjoy Cable TV with DVD, free long distance and wireless internet

Our condo is an easy walk to the beach: less than 5 minutes from the front door to your beach chair. We also have a pool in the back and are within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants and night clubs.

Great family vacation.

We spent the first week in July of 09 at this condo and really loved it. The set up was perfect for our family of 4. The twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for my son and daughter. Both of our kids loved the beaches of South Padre and enjoyed swimming in the pool in the back yard of the condo. If we're ever in the area we'd definitely choose to stay here again. My 9 y.o. son said this trip was better than Disney World! If you're going with kids there is plenty to do for them, the water park, pirate cruise, beaches are all very family friendly during the summer.

Simply stated-Wonderful! We have found our new home away from home! We can not wait to get back. Bella (our little one) keeps asking to go home-to the island-to swim in the pool-make sandcastles and catch the fish!

It lived up to all that we expected
and more. It was very neat and organized with everything we could possibly need during our stay.
It actually became "home" in the short 10 days we were there.
The pool is perfect in size and temperature, we actually favored it over the beach (despite sharing it with baby opossums.)
We definitely would recommend Ben & Jen's condo and hope we can return soon.
