This attractive town home is located 90 mins from the Twin Cites on the south shore of Lake Mille Lacs. It overlooks the lake and the tee box of the signature 14th hole of Black Brook Golf course. The view is spectacular! You can enjoy it from the screened in porch, the patio or the upstairs balcony.*Not all town homes have a screened in porch or a balcony off the master bedroom. There is plenty of space on the lawn to enjoy yard games with the family. Our unit is nicely appointed with leather furniture and a golfing theme throughout. It is one of the newer town homes of Izatys Resort. It is spacious and open. You'll find everything you need here to make your stay comfortable! We also have a 24' boat slip in the marina for you to use when you want to get out and enjoy the lake.

Golfing: The golfing is great here! Black Brook is a beautiful course and you have the luxury to have it right out your back door! It's fun to watch the golfing activity from the patio and screened in porch while you eat lunch or enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

The course is a challenge for even the most avid golfer with it's many water features. The 14th hole that you'll have the view of is simply gorgeous since it's located on the shores of Lake Mille Lacs.

There are great golf rates and packages available for the 2009 season!!!!!!!!!!

The setting is spectacular! Located on the south shore of beautiful Lake Mille Lacs. This townhome is also overlooking the 14th hole of Black Brook. It is close to the Twin cities, yet you feel like you're far away with more of an 'Ocean view' than on a lake in Minnesota.

  • The master bath has a shower and large vanity with double sinks. The upper bath has a shower/tub combo. The main floor bath has a shower. All bathrooms are a nice size and and each has a wall unit hair dryer.

One has a queen bed, the other has a twin bed and a bunk bed combo of a full and twin bed. There is a 4th bedroom on the main level with 2 twin beds and a bathroom across from it. The rooms are all nice size with plenty of closet space. They are all nicely decorated. There is a small child bed available for use in one of the closets.

Myself and three friends stayed at this townhouse for our "fishing opener" last weekend. What a great place to stay! It is very spacious and laid out very well. Was nice and clean also. It has a beautiful view of the lake. The landing and dock slip are very easy to use and a nice perk. I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The place is beautiful, the view is amazing and everything just fell into place! We've been to many resorts and lake homes over the past several years and this by far has been the best! We can't wait to return!
