This beautiful 100 year old brick building has four newly remodeled units. This condo has over 550 sq ft of sun drenched living space and everything you need to feel at home. This unit includes a living room (with sleeper sofa), one bedroom, one full bath, a dining area, and fully appointed kitchen. All bedding and towels are supplied. The kitchen has a complete set of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Also provided are satellite TV with a DVD player and high speed wireless internet service at no additional charge. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds with water garden. In the heart of downtown DC, we are conveniently located at the corner of M and 12th streets, NW with easy walking access to Metro (subway), two blocks from the Washington Convention Center, and a short walk to key monuments/attractions, the White House, Chinatown, and many fabulous restaurants.

My husband, parents and I recently stayed at this condo and we had a great time. It was conveniently located near the Metro Center stop which connected you to all of the other metro lines in DC. It was also a short walk to Dupont Circle and the White House. The owner was very accommodating and was very helpful in making suggestions on restaurants and sites in the city. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone travelling to DC for sightseeing or a nice getaway.
