Built in 2004, this spacious and newly equipped and furnished property is an ideal base for a family or golfer's holiday. It oozes a high standard of comfort with many modern conveniences. The terrace and large sunroof lend themselves to eating and drinking 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the garden views. The new shared pool is 50 metres away with it's own lawns and safety fence. Main shops, bars and restaurants are 12 minutes walk away. There are two highly effective air-con/heater units. Parking on own driveway (mind the palm trees!). Full range of patio furniture, loungers, sunshade and hammock. Sat.T.V including UK channels and DVD player. A good sized kitchen, complete with hob, oven, large fridge-freezer and washing machine.

Villamartin offers the holidaymaker a great choice of bars , restaurants and shops most within a few minutes walk of the bungalow. A small but well stocked supermarket is available 7 days a week at the Plaza complex which is 12 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car and 3 more supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive.There are several excellent golf courses within a short drive and the local beaches are sandy with clear blue seas. In the summer an hourly bus service operates a shuttle service to the nearest beach at La Zenia (approx 1 mile away). Villamartin is 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia. La Manga is 40 minutes by car and Torrevieja is about 5 miles down the road.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Reduced rates available for long term lets.
    A 30% deposit (minimum £100) is payable on booking with balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday start.
    A deposit of 150 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon vacating the property assuming there is no breakage or damage. A further 55 euros is payable at the end of each week to pay for cleaning and clean linen and towels.
  • Depending upon other bookings changeover days other than Saturday may be possible
  • DUE TO CANCELLATION LAST WEEK OF AUGUST REDUCED FROM £395 to £250. PEAK WEEK AT RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICE!!!!

Notes: In addition to the double and twin bedrooms there is also a double sofabed in the lounge. There are 2 highly effective air conditioning/heating units (one in the lounge and one in the double bedroom). These are very important in the summer months when the daily temperature is often over 40c and not much less at night. Similarly in the winter months it can be a little chilly at night. There is a DVD machine in the lounge which will also play CD's through the TV's speakers. Please provide your own beach towels

Golf: The Costa Blanca is a golfers paradise with many world famous courses close together. The Villamartin course (Tel: 0034 966765170) hosted the Mediterranean Open in 1994 and is 2 minutes by car from the bungalow. 2 other great courses are just 10 minutes by car - Real Club Campoamor (0034 965320410) and Las Ramblas (0034 965322011) . La Manga is just 40 minutes south by car. La Finca is 20 minutes north and is set to host the Spanish Open. You may need to produce your official club handicap certificate . Maximum handicaps may apply.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday! Location was perfect as it was tranquil but close to all the amenities. Added bonus as we could walk to the bars and restaurants. Very clean bungalow with superb facilities. Short transfer and close to the beautiful beaches. Great for the kids and us. We will be back.
