Minutes from, Jim Thorpe Whitewater Rafting, hiking, horseback riding, NASCAR, biking, fishing. For those who 'have to shop', bargains await you at nearby outlets in Tannersville. Minutes from Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock, Pocono Raceway, white-water rafting, Skirmish (paintball), and Hickory State Park. A wet bar in the game room with a pool/air hockey combination table and PlayStation. You can relax in the 5/6 person Jacuzzi on the deck or sit by the fireplace, read a book, cuddle, take a nap in one of the three king size beds (one on each floor), or do nothing. And don't leave the pets home, bring them along. They need a vacation too. We supply many extras like fresh linens, bath and beach towels for a small additional fee. Cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks, Hair Dryer, Curling Iron, board games, DVDs, PlayStation II games, extra blankets, pillows and a book of ideas of things to do. SPECIAL NOTICE: DURING THE SPRING AND SUMMER OF 2009, OUR COMMUNITY WILL BE DRAINING THE LAKE TO REPAIR THE DAM. THE BEACH AND THE POOL ARE STILL OPEN, BUT, THE LAKE WILL BE CLOSED. HICKORY RUN PARK, WHICH BORDERS OUR COMMUNITY, OFFERS FISHING AND BOATING.

What a week we had! The home was just like the pictures online and in some instances even better. Three floors of living with a king bed and bath on each floor. The master bedroom was great with the vaulted ceilings, closets and the view from the loft was great while reading. The kitchen and bathrooms where well stocked and very clean which made it easy to make yourself at home. We toured every day and it was great to have everything within 30 minutes away. We would recommend visiting all the parks in the area, Jim Thorpe, and the Water Gap. Outlet stores were good but alot of them are no longer outlet stores so savings are not noticed. We would recommend this home to any of our friends and do plan to rent this home in the future unless we buy one before then. Our dog even loved the deck!!!!

My husband and I went with a few friends and had a great time! The house is very clean and very spacious. The layout of the house made us feel like we had our own little suite. The deck is huge and the hot tub was great! Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I visited this winter with three other couples and we had a wonderful time. The home easily sleeps 8 and is quite comfortable. We spent most of the weekend cooking, relaxing by the fire, playing air hokey and soaking in the hottub. The house feels more secluded than it is with close proximity to the resort, shopping and attractions. We would certainly stay again.

This house was the perfect getaway!! From the hot tub to the fireplaces. There was plenty of room and the kids loved playing in the snow in the back yard. Close to snow tubing too.

Our long thanksgiving weekend with friends was perfect. Our 3 dogs loved the large deck and big backyard. The house is incredibly cozy and the game room with bar was great! Thank you Cathy & Ryan for having us!
