Newly built villa located within 1 mile of downtown St. Helena, wineries, and restaurants. Most rooms open to fabulous outdoor entertaining areas with views overlooking the pool. This villa has quality finishes which include plastered walls, exquisite tile work, marble and hardwood floors, and designer lighting. The master bedroom/bath has a spa shower, air-bubble tub with heated back, granite vanity, walk-in closet. The large dining room opens to a family room and gourmet chef's kitchen. It has a Viking 6 burner range, Subzero refrigerator, breakfast bar, butler's pantry, wine room and a Miele built in espresso machine. The dining room and family room opens to patio, pool, and views. There is a separate living room with a wood burning fireplace. This is a wonderful home to entertain family and friends. Perfect for both year-round and al fresco living and entertaining in the wine country.
