- We have two condos that have adjoining inside door which can be locked so condos can be rented individually or together. ONE BEDROOM CONDO: The one bedroom has a King bed, a queen sofa and a single roll out bed. The bedroom has sliding door to balcony with ocean view and ocean surf sounds at night. STUDIO CONDO: The Studio has a Queen bed, a queen sofa bed and a single roll out bed. The studio opens to a balcony with ocean view and ocean surf sounds at night. We have two condos on the beach in the La Jolla Condo complex in San Jose del Cabo, on the southern tip of Baja, California, Mexico. Both condos are situated next to each other. One is a one bedroom condo, and the other is a studio condo. The condos are situated about twenty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San Lucas, in a mature quiet condo complex, in what we believe is the best area in all of Los Cabos. These condos can be rented separately or combined, should you need a two bedroom unit.
This view is from the veranda of the livingroom side of our one bedroom condo, face the beach, as you can see. This is relatively the same view shared by the other side of the veranda, accessed by a sliding door from the bedroom. The view is also about the same from veranda of the studio condo. All views overlook our neighbors hotel pool. Our pool is adjacent to the building that or condo is in, which is to the left of this view. Our pool is heating during cooler months, and very nice. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm daily, and the beach is only footsteps away.
