TAMPA, FL LAKEFRONT CONDO CLOSE TO BUSH GARDEN

This condominium was a great place to stay in the Tampa area. The condo was represented correctly in reference to amenities, location and accurate description of the property both inside and out. The two bedroom set up was perfect for our family. We have a teenage son and daughter who needed separate beds but could share a room and this condo met our needs. I chose the condo for the amenities and location in which I was hoping would be in close proximity to our chosen attractions. I was not disappointed as all the attractions were 20-30 minutes away and if further such as, Clearwater beach, there was easy access to interstates and major highways. The condo was very clean and bright and the balcony adjacent to the dining room was very relaxing and warm with the morning sun. We saw lizards on the balcony and steps and the section of the lake we had for viewing contained a beautiful fountain and wildlife (ducks, herons and other local birds and a turtle). I contacted the owners mostly through email and one time with a phone call. The owners were very helpful and always answered all my questions regarding the condo. They provided detailed instructions on monetary and rental requirements. We saw the manatees at Tampa Electric and visited the Big Cat Rescue, Lowry Park Zoo, Lettuce Lake Preserve and spent the day at Clearwater Beach. I would recommend this condo to any age group or family except for those who need physical accommodations since the property is on the second floor. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Tampa!
