Perfect 7 bedroom, 8 bath Gulf-front home built in 2005 features high ceilings, pine floors, and custom features throughout. Expansive water views are provided from every room. Each bedroom has a private bath. This four level home includes an elevator and gourmet kitchen with large granite counters & island, two refrigerators & dishwashers, and a cabinet ice maker. The first level is an entry foyer and the second level has 4 bedrooms/4 baths including a roll-in handicap shower. The third level includes the wide living room, large dining area, full bathroom and kitchen so everyone can gather in one location. The top level has 3 bedrooms/3 baths with an unbelievable master suite and huge bath including an over-sized jetted tub and shower stall with Gulf view windows, body sprays, bench, and glass block wall. There are porches/decks at all three upper levels for sunning or cooling off in the shade. The pool is under the deck on the Gulf-side of the home and can be heated.

The other two third level bedrooms have another king bed and a queen.

West Beach Neighborhood: The West Beach area is the best for Gulf-front houses along the Alabama Gulf Coast. As a dead end road with no high density development nearby, this area is uncrowded and private. Every house in the vicinity fronts either the Gulf of Mexico or the Little Lagoon across the street. The conveniences of Gulf Shores are only a couple of miles away so it is no problem to shop, eat at restaurants, etc. There is several hundred vacant feet of beach on one side and no rental houses close by so it is very uncrowded.

Special Characteristics: Enjoy an abundance of wildlife including a red fox family living in the dunes. Heron, pelicans, and other birds are everywhere. When conditions are clear and calm, we can tell you how to find a ship wreck in the Gulf within walking distance for divers or snorklers.

Family Reunion

I had rented this house for a family reunion and it was perfect!!! Very spacious and accomodating for everyone. Elevator was great for my grandparents. I espically loved the master bath and tub. It was also very nice that there was two dishwashers and refridgerators for such the large group. Was overall a great place and the family is already requesting to return again to the same house.

A dream getaway

This is an awesome property and far exceeded our expectations. Myself and 12 other ladies spent 6days in this home and had an absolute wonderful time. We are all classmates that have remained close friends after graduating 41 years ago and go on an annual girls trip. We found this property on vrbo.com and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about a Gulf Coast vacation. Management was great to work with and very helpful with any questions we had. The house was very clean and well maintained and the kitchen was a dream. I highly recommend this property and it looks like we'll be back next fall. This is a great place for a large group.
