This is a brand new, beautiful, modern, 2400 sq ft 'upside down' home with views of the ocean. This charming beach house is a ten minute walk away from the beach and town. It has 4 bedrooms, a cozy living room/dining area with a fireplace and a sitting area. There is a washer/dryer and a barbecue. There is also central A/C. Shades were installed after pictures were taken. There is a one week minimum stay, Saturday check-in at 3pm and Saturday check-out at 11am. The 2009 rates are: $3,000 per week for May 31st through June 27th. $5,000 per week for June 27th through August 1st. $6,000 per week for August 1st through September 5th. $3,000 per week for September 6th through October 3rd. This does not include utilities and a cleaning fee of about $200.
