Condo - 3 Bedrooms + Loft - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 7-9)

This newly renovated, 3 bdrm/2bath condo is a 3 level unit with two, private decks overlooking a beautiful ravine with a brook that flows down into Lake Monroe, a short distance away. The property is adjacent to the golf course and is a short walking distance from the clubhouse, dining facilities, tennis and basketball courts, and swimming pool. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation, or weekend golfing trip. In addition, the Four Winds Marina is nearby for the boat enthusiast.

The condo was recently redecorated with a Mediterranean theme and has a beautiful tile floor throughout the living areas. The main level has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and large, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which sleeps two on the lower bunk, and a single on top. The lower level is a large, master suite with an antiqued, cast iron bed, private sitting area and bath. The upper level is a loft with a serene reading area and futon.

Beautiful 3br/2ba condo

We rented this beautifully decorated, clean, well appointed condo in October. It had everything we needed to relax. The spiral staircases we not an issue for our family. Our teenagers enjoyed the loft and bunk beds. It has two full bathrooms which was great. We enjoyed the views and the decks. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends.
