PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME

Our villa is now a four bedroom home,so there is enough room to accommodate two families who would like to share there vacation, also making this a cheaper option. There are two twin rooms, one master bedroom which has its own large en suite and large walk in wardrobe. Also there is another queen bedroom and we also have a large comfortable sofa bed.

We had an excellent stay at the villa which was very comfortable. We felt right at home. Situated in a quiet area but within driving distance of local amenities and for exploring further afield. We visited Busch Gardens, Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Aquarium, Renaissance Festival and Lowry Park Zoo. Eating out you'll be spoilt for choice. Lots of opportunity to do shopping !! The owners responded quickly with any correspondence.

For our needs, this home was perfect. We enjoyed the layout of a spacious home with a single level. The home was very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located for the events we attended which included, Tampa Bay Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg wedding, Clearwater reception, and Tarpon Springs Sponge docks, Crystal Beach, and Honeymoon Island. Groceries, gas, & coffee places were all near by. The owner was very pleasant and was very quick to respond to all correspondence.
