Newest condominium complex in Islamorada, Lower Matecumbe Key. 90 minutes from Miami and Key West. You will enjoy this spacious 1546 SF, air-conditioned unit with screened private balcony and spectacular Ocean/Harbor views (did I mention our beautiful Keys sunrises over the Ocean?) Whether boating, fishing, diving or swimming and where the water is clean and refreshing -- from small boats to large, deep-draft sailboats or yachts, they are easily accommodated with your 50-foot concrete dock in a Protected Harbor providing nearby Ocean access through Channels 2 & 5 Bridge and all that the Florida Keys can offer. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with adjoining bath and Ocean view. The guest bedroom has a queen-size with adjoining bath. The living room has two new over-sized sofas (one seat cushion each that converts to two twins comfortably).

Nearest Airport: Miami at 60 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Car: necessary
Islamorada is considered the Upper Keys. The condo is located about 1.5 hrs. from the Miami airport and 2 hrs. from Ft. Lauderdale airport. We're about a 1.5 hr. drive north of Key West. The condo is located on a protected cove on the Bay side of US 1 with nearby access to the ocean through the Intercoastal Bridges 2 & 5, about a 7 min. run by boat. Of course Islamorada is known for fishing & diving and overall great weather for anything you can do outside. We do not have many public beaches but there is a public beach within walking distance from this condo. The best restaurants are 7 miles north of this condo due to the fact that the condo is located in more of a residential area vs a commercial area.
