Comfortable bay front property in a closed community with an in ground guarded pool. This is a family community which offers safe walking, biking and rollerblading for children and adults. There is a boat ramp and extra deep/wide canals. Boats can be docked at the rear of the home for convenience. The home offers a screened porch and a large deck with picnic table and grill. There is also an outside shower. The most beautiful sunsets over the Bay at the front of the home. Inside there is 1 Queen bed and 3 double beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air.

We are bayfront and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets at the beach. It is a closed community, with only one entrance, which prevents through traffic and makes for safe walking and bike riding. Enjoy the inground pool from 10-6 each day.Each morning we are greeted by blue herons and egrets in the bay. It is truely beautiful. Yet Ocean City is just a few minutes away, Truely the best of both worlds

We have been staying here for 6 years and have enjoyed every one. The place makes us feel right at home. Its clean, quiet, and peaceful. We will be back this year for 9 days again

Horrible rental!

This place was absolutely cruddy. My husband and I walked in after the cleaners were there and wondered what it was that they cleaned. Dried noodles on the floor, broken crayons in the corner, dog hair on the floor, hair in the bathtub drains, and the bedrooms smelled horribly musty. We knew that the community the house was located in was a very nice community, so imagine our surprise when we pulled up to half a trailer!! It appeared that they added an old trailer to part of the house to make it larger. It was absolutely horrible. It ruined our vacation, we turned around and left. We called the owner after we left, and when she arrived at the property - she called us and told us that the property appeared very clean to her. So I guess that taught us a lesson - cleanliness is relative from person to person. If a nice/clean rental is important to you, stay away from this place.

Nice quiet ,clean home that allowed our family to relax yet enjoy each others company without being cooped up in hotel rooms, a really good time and centrally located . Close to beaches ,fishing , shopping and really fine eating.The landowners were fabulous in understanding what makes for a comfortable stay THANK YOU!
