This unique townhouse is located in the action of historic 25th street and the old Union Rail Station. Nearby there are many fine restaurants and taverns like Union Grill, Jasohs, Artisan Grille, Tona Sushi, Roosters Brewing Company, Bistro 258, Athenian Greek, Great Harvest Bread, Sonora Grill (Mexican), Iggy's Sports Grill.

Located a block from the new Ogden Junction with many new resturants and Soloman Center, complete with I- Fly air tunnel sky diving, flow rider water park, bowling and Fat Cats Arcade with billards, bumper cars and pool tables, Golds Gym and a 13 megaplex movie theater with reserved seating. Also in the Junction is the Treehouse Childrens Museum.There are many fine art studios with a short walk. The townhouse is decorated with many panoramic images by a very well known and accomplished artist photographer Richard Caldwell.

Iam retired cargo ship Captain, with a wide range of work experience all around the World. I consider my passions to be sailing and skiing. I race sail boats locally and internationally. I enjoy skiing in USA as well as in Europe. While in high school, I skied with the "KS Kolejarz" Ski Club.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2007

Why The Owner chose Ogden

The first time I skied in Utah was during the Olympic Games in 2002. I foung skiing here to be extremely exhilarating and rewarding experience and was especially awed by the tremendous mountains. I belive that snow in Utah is by far the best in the world. I found that skiing the Snowbasin and Powder Mountain with Helicopter skiing is a fatastic and memorable experience for all your life.

What makes this townhome unique

The Townhouse is located in the middle of 25th St which is a historic center of Ogden with walking gate to gated property right from 25th St and driving gates from Wall Ave and Lincoln Ave. After ski this unique location gives you the opportunity to explore fine antique shops, excellent dining, exhibitions, museums, Aqua Park and Cinemas.

My family and I booked this townhome as a temporary stay in between selling our home and being relocated out of state. We found this townhome to be very comfortable and convenient to all the best spots that Ogden, Utah has to offer. The townhome is equipped with all the necessities for an extended stay. Good location, convenient to several ski resorts. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants. Unit was comfortable and clean. owner was very helpful. Garage was too small for our vehicle and we had to park in a visitor spot at the end of the parking lot, which was a minor inconvenience. Good experience, good price, would stay there again next time we are in the area.

I brought my family to Utah to go skiing. The condo we rented was clean and in excellent condition. It was located a half block from the historic downtown (25th Ave.) Ogden which was awesome. We went skiing allday then walked through the downtown area to find great restaurants and enjoyed the Christmas decorating contest held at city hall with some hot chocolate from a local vendor. We had a great time and plan on returning for some spring skiing.

All in one spot

This place was great for me and my family on my 4 month TDY to Hill AFB. It has all the amenities that anyone should need, you have some great dining all up and down 25th street and 24th street one block away. Not only do you have great dining but there is also shopping, a movie theater and even a walmart within walking distance ( only about 4 blocks ). Another really great thing about this location is that you can get anywhere you need to go without driving, the Front Runner train which will take you from Ogden to Salt Lake and even all the way to Provo is only a block away and the cost can't be beat. It only cost a group of four $15 dollars round trip from Ogden to any of its destinations. Also you can get on one of the many snow buses that take you from a bus stop half a block from this unit to Snow Basin, Powder, and Wolf mountains. You really can't ask for a better location especially for the price.
The unit itself is very nice and large ( about 1800 sqft) with 3 levels the bottom level is the kitchen and living area, while the sleeping areas are on the upper two levels. It does have a one car garage that is a little tight getting in and out of but we were able to get in and out fine with our 2011 toyota sienna and a garage is very nice to have especially when it snows over night and there is also enough room for you to store all your snow gear. Other than the garage there are only 2 visitor spots available in the parking lot, but if you talk to the neighbors they may be able to give insight on some of the spaces not being used. All in all it is very comfortable and the neighbors are very nice and accommodating.
Jerzy the owner is a little hard to get a hold of by phone but if you send him an email he will usually answer in with 24hrs and if you have any problems he is very responsive in trying to get whatever it is taken care of as long as its within reason.
I would definitely recommend this rental to any of my friends and co-workers especially if they are planning an extended stay like I had.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this place.

The good: The location was ideal, it had a great view of the mountains, its in a gated community (even though part of the gate is defective), the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming, and there were tons of towels and linens for us to use.

The bad: The garage was broken almost the entire *two weeks* we were there, and the landlord never helped us to actually fix it (we literally had to lift the garage door ourselves every time we left!!), the garage is much smaller than the other garages in the neighborhood (I fit my Jeep Liberty in there just fine, but you won't get anything much bigger than that in there, and there's definitely not room for two cars), there were a dozen cords and wires hanging out from under the TV downstairs (not safe for children), we had to buy our own house supplies (ie: paper towels, hand soap, kitchen cleaning supplies, etc), the cookware is pretty scant (if you need to measure anything for baking, bring your own measuring supplies and bakeware!) the thermostat is broken, the carpet is absolutely disgusting, the internet is terribly slow (which is frustrating when you are trying to do work online or when your kids are trying to watch Netflix - which is pretty much impossible), and the landlord is so incredibly hard to get a hold of!! It was so frustrating to have to deal with him - it took multiple phone calls and messages to finally get him to call us back about things. We normally aren't bothersome tenants, but since we were stuck in a situation where the garage wasn't working - we needed it to be fixed!

Bottom line: Staying here was an absolute nightmare! It has so much potential with its location, size and cheery neighbors, but I would never want to deal with this landlord ever again, and I can't believe we were forced to manually open and close a garage for that long.

Owner's Response: Let me first address th garage door problem. The door was working properly before the tenant arrived. Upon first notice from the tenant about the door, I called my handyman to fix it. When it was apparent the problem was more complicated than at first thought, I called the Garage Door Specialist. Upon inspection, the specialist needed to order some parts, and when they arrived, the door was fixed. The statement, "the landlord never helped us actually fix it" is simply not true. Furthermore, the property is as advertised with a One Car Garage. As far as the TV cables, they are needed for the satellite and video player and are necessary for cinematic enjoyment. They are not in an area that should by used for childplay. I always stock the property with plenty of cookware, utensils, measuring cups and whatever would basically be needed. All cleaning supplies are provided, as well as basic toiletries. If you have a spill and need to clean it up--you have everything you need. If you want to spruce the place up a bit--you can do that too. Everything is there. I can't anticipate every tenant's individual requirements. Unfortunately, some tenants don't look in the property well enough for what they need. The carpets are cleaned regularly and I've never had any complaints about them. I am sincerely sorry for your negative experience. Frankly, I just don't understand the full measure of your disappointment. However, the overwhelming majority of my tenants are very pleased with my property, the amenties, and my response to their concerns. If any future tenants have questions, please feel free to contact me here and I assure you everything will be just as advertised and ready for your occupancy. I am committed to my tenants' enjoyment, and pride myself in responding to their concerns in a timely fashion.

family from California: 2nd visit

This was my family's 2nd stay at this condo, and we will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit next year. Our annual visit to this condo is now becoming a family tradition. The condo was once again very clean, had all the space and amenities we needed, and was exactly as advertised, The downstairs was even upgraded with new furniture since our first visit.
We drove to Ogden this year so we had our full sized 4X SUV and all of our gear with us. There was tons of extra space in the garage next to our SUV for stowing and drying everyone's ski gear each day. We had 3 families with 3 vehicles (6 adults, 3 kids), and were all very comfortable. We had no problem with parking in the gated complex, and no one had to park offsite at any time.
Snowbasin has become one of our favorite ski resorts due to it's great snow, wide selection of terrain, and the 1st class resort like facilities. With all that, it is reasonably priced, kid friendly, and is not crowded.
I was again amazed at the variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance from this condo. The historic architecture throughout the downtown was impressive. Also, just a block away was the Utah State Railroad museum which has plenty for kids and adults to see.
Great town, great skiing, and terrific condo.
