Located next to the Convention Center and within minutes of Universal Studios, Disney, Sea World, Shingle Creek Gulf Course, Wet n Wild Water Park, Orlando International Airport and exciting International Drive, our home is the perfect place to relax after your action-packed day.

This lovely Orlando vacation rental includes access to Vista Cay's beautiful clubhouse, fitness room, theater, and pool facilities. After a day of business or fun, eat at one of the many exciting restaurants nearby or eat a cozy meal prepared in your own full-size kitchen. Then visit nearby hot spots, take a dip in the pool, enjoy an evening at one of the parks, or just take a quiet walk around the lake. Or, you could just relax and enjoy the extensive entertainment package included in our home, which includes 4 flat-screen TVs, ranging from 25' - 42', a BOSE Surround System, PlayStation II, and a DVD player.

The Orange County Convention Center is adjacent to the resort; Universal Studios and City Walk are an easy 6 minute drive. Sea World, the new water park Aquatica and Wet n Wild are just 5 minutes away; Shingle Creek Golf Course is across the street. Disney is a short 10 minute drive. Looking for restaurants, shops, hot spots? International Drive is less than 1/2 mile away.

  • This 3 bedroom townhome hosts two king suites and one twin suite with two beds. All bedrooms have newly furnished full-size private baths; bed linens and towels, of course, are included. The king suite on the first floor boasts lovely French doors that open onto a small patio. The second king suite and the twin suite are housed on the third floor. Go to sleep snuggled up on your UltraPlush mattresses enjoying the 25' - 27' flatscreen TVs located in each bedroom. Need more room to sleep? Additional sleeping space is available on the queen size pull out couch in the living room.

Notes: A full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are located on the first floor. Our home should be furnished with a basic quantity of toilet paper, garbage bags and hand soap upon arrival. However, this is a family home and not a hotel. At times there will be laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent left by previous guests that you are very welcome to use. It is not possible, however, for the owner to provide these items at all times. Baby items such as a crib, high chair, and pak n play can be arranged for in advance with minimal or no cost to the guest. Our home is thoroughly cleaned before and after your arrival. If you have an extended stay and are interested in additional cleaning, this can be arranged at the guest's expense.

We REALLY enjoyed our vacation in Orlando! We loved staying in your townhouse! It is at a great location; close to all the parks, airport, shopping. We loved the house itself; clean and very spacious. We liked the pool (great from adults to little kids), I liked the gym (they updated all equipment to the new one while we were there!) and I loved to take nice rides (on your bike) around the close-by lake and the area. We would recommend your place to anyone that would like to stay in Orlando! Thanks!

Your home was lovely!

We had an amazing 3 weeks, very exhausting though I think we now need another vacation!!
Your home was lovely and had everything that we needed - the pool/clubhouse were also a great added benefit, we managed to spend quite a few days there chilling out.
