Many outdoor activities and cultural events. 7 championship golf courses within 25 min drive (3 within 10 min) offer reasonable greens fees and leisurely play. Superb fine dining at 'Local' prices. Many summer/fall concerts, festivals, arts fairs, flea markets, galleries, antiques. BOOK NOW FOR AUTUMN - Spectacular autumn foliage. Hike the mountain trails. Drive, bike or jog scenic roads for a peaceful, relaxing sojourn during the Catskills breathtaking fall season. Excellent birding on property and nearby preserves. Owners reside on property.
