Equipped with basketball goal, horseshoe pit, volleyball court, televisions, stereos, VCRs and DVD players, private pool is 14 by 34 feet with outdoor stereo speakers and lounge furniture, private hot tub is located on the top deck and looks out at spectacular ocean views. This home has been hooked into the new public water system as well.

Top Floor: King master with jacuzzi full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Access screened porch, top decks and hot tub area. Middle Floor: Queen master with full bath, bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, bedroom with two twins, queen bedroom and full hall bath. Access middle decks with Adirondack chairs and hammock. First Floor: Game room with refrigerator and foosball, full bath, queen bedroom and laundry area. Outside: Covered parking for three vehicles, driveway will park five other cars. Outside shower, utility sink and fish cleaning area. Charcoal grill and beautiful landscaped grounds on this half acre lot.
