Located in Rockport, Texas on a beautiful finger of land between Copano Bay and a large cove, this vacation home is the perfect place to relax or play. This two story vacation home is great for large groups or families. It features a large beautiful kitchen that is equipped with everything you'll need. The deck on the second floor is great for breathtaking views and southern breezes. It also features a lighted dock on the cove which provides easy access to the bay. You can relax on one of the large decks or fish on the dock. You can even fish on the dock at night with underwater lights along with everything you need to clean your fish or your boat. Kidos and adults will enjoy crabbing from the dock as well. Traps are provided for you. Lots of services are located near by including catering, babysitting, great restaurants, tours and much more.

We recently stayed at "Dalton's Landing" and it was more than we expected. Everything from the decor, to the luxurious towels and linens was perfect. The bonus room downstairs served as a mini apartment for three teenage girls who wanted a parent free Spring "BREAK" and what a break it was for everyone. Although there was construction next door that begain each morning at 7:00 a.m. there was plenty to do during the day until quitin' time. Shopping and eating were near by, massages downtown on Market Street, fishing and crabbing off of the back deck at the property. The only problem was that we did not book enough days to do everything there was to do. The property owners thought of everything; dishes, spices, paper products, first aid kit, blow dryer, satellite TV, laundry room with soap, plenty of seating. 3000 characters is not enough to describe the place, but I guarantee we will be calling for our reservations to "Dalton's Landing" on our next trip to Rockport. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Dalton for the opportunity to share in your goldmine - "Dalton's Landing".
