Our villa is overlooking one of 4 lakes, the main lake provides a wonderful nature trail to enjoy walking or jogging, it also has a children’s playground. Fully screened heated pool has loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Florida sunshine. The covered lanai has ceiling fan over table & chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. The beautifully furnished living/dining room with doors leading to pool, has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD hi-fi. Fully fitted kitchen has breakfast nook overlooking pool. Separate laundry area with washer and dryer. Telephone with free calls. Wireless internet access. Games room with pool table, foosball and darts, PS2 and 2 bikes. garage.
