FALL IS THE NICEST TIME OF YEAR IN ESTES PARK WITH THE ASPEN COLORS AND THE ELK BUGLING.This newer condo is located in the heart of downtown Estes Park at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Park your car and walk to all the shopping and restaurants in town, or take the shuttle to the National Park. If you want a fresh Starbucks coffee it's located in the first level of this 2 story building. Sit on your deck that overlooks the Big Thompson river right outside your room and enjoy it's soothing sounds. This is without a doubt the nicest Condo on the river in downtown Estes Park.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Estes Park in early March. The location of the condo in the downtown area was perfect. Close to restaurants and shops yet quiet and private. This condo was spacious and clean and had first class amenities. I would advise anyone coming to Estes Park to stay here for comfort and convenience.

I Stayed at this condo on 9/19/12 thru 9/24/12. It was a total of four people and we had plenty of space. The bathroom was huge! Everything was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The condo was exceptionally clean. There is not a better location in all of Estes Park. Starbucks, Ed's Cantina, and Cooper's were right below us and very convenient to visit. We visited Starbucks everyday. Gisela is a wonderful host. We visit Estes Park twice a year and I hope we can stay in this condo is available for us to stay in each time.

Another Great Weeklong Visit!!

This is the second year staying at this condo and we had another wonderful visit! All the amenities mentioned in prior reviews are right on the mark. We come to Estes for several different reasons. My wife comes to read ,relax and do a little shopping. This is the perfect location for it with the view, the sound of the river, and easy access to anything. The library is across the street. Safeway is not too far away. Our Lady of the Mountain church is within an easy 10 minute walk. Shopping is everywhere!
My son and I come for the hiking and fishing. This is a very nice "basecamp" and great to come home to after a long day in the wilderness.
We hope to continue staying here for our annual visit!

All I can say is, I hope the owners never sell this place. We’re already thinking about our next trip back! I’ve already told family and friends about this place and how awesome it is. Great location, large open space, clean, cozy and very friendly people! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Girls Weekend!

It was the girls turn to getaway after a long "hunting season"! Funny thing, the girls and I saw plenty of elk... the "boys" couldn't manage to get one this year:).
The loft was the PERFECT home base for a fabulous fall weekend. We shopped till we dropped, brought our packages up the stairs and then shopped some more! Great unit steps away from restaurants, wine, and shopping!
