Recently updated cottage in sought after Sesuit Neck area of East Dennis. Short walk to Beach and Marina. Bright and airy in a great location with great views !!! Recent updates include fresh paint and furniture, hardwood floors along with some carpeting, wireless internet, 2 cable TV's, new deck, gas grill and outdoor furniture along with a newly built outdoor shower and new fireplace. A lovely 4 minute walk to Harborview Beach! A 5 minute walk to Sesuit Harbor, Northside Marina, Dennis Yacht Club and Sesuit Harbor Cafe. There is a large back and side yard for play. A short bike ride takes you to fresh water swimming at Scargo Lake or for a coffee and muffin in town at the Merchantile. A short ride into Dennis Village where you can enjoy both fine and casual Dining, Antiques, The historical Dennis Playhouse, Art Galleries, Museums, Shops, Tennis, Grocery and weekly concerts on the green! Ample off street parking.
