  • Please Note: Holiday Rates are $115 per night.
  • Holidays Include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Eve.
    May 22-25, July 2-5, August 28-31, November 26-29, December 24-31.
  • Payment Policy: One half of the payment is required upon making a reservation. Payment in full is required 45 days from the arrival date. If payment is not made with a credit card, we do require a credit card to be on file for any damages that may occur during your stay. Until payment is made we cannot hold or guarantee your reservation; furthermore, by making your reservation, you are agreeing with our cancellation policy.

    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. In the case of cancellations more than 45 days prior to check-in, we will refund the entire amount less $100 as a cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to check-in, you will forfeit the entire amount paid. We strongly encourage trip insurance for those who have any concerns about cancellation. We recommend www.insuremytrip.com.

No need to look anywhere else!

Thank you, I knew I would love the cottage when I saw the lovely porch and sunflower door decoration awaiting me. The clean and well-maintained cottage had everything I needed and I didn't want for a thing. The queen size bed was new and very comfortable and the quality sheets and extra large towels where also a nice surprise.
I didn't use the computer hook-up or the dvd player but it was there for my use if I wanted.
Town was only about a mile away and it was very easy to find my way around. I felt very safe walking my dogs in the neighborhood and the neighbors I met were very friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone, I am sure you will enjoy yourself. Nancy, Jacksonville, Fl

What a pleasant surprise! This cottage should be called "Little Jewel" as that is exactly what its is. We booked last minute and didn't know what to expect, but everything was wonderful: clean, neat and lovely. It's the perfect choice for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway with all of the essential comforts of home. We would book it again in a heartbeat
