The house is a mess

Here is my list I think renters should be aware of. The pictures are great but the details are not:
Light bulbs out
The dishwasher smells and is coming out of the counter because it's not secured to its bracket
Paint pealing off doors
Plastic covers every window and the doors to the deck are non-usable
There is a portion of the deck that is detaching from the house, we were advised by the property manager that it's not safe to use and "why would we let kids out in the cold on the deck anyway"
The sofa is collapsed on one side
There was an outlet exposed in the living room (with kids around)
I will give it the positives, like the neighborhood and the privacy. It's not far from JFBB ski resort and it's location is great. It's a decent size house for the 15 of us that were there. I was embarrassed that my family had to stay at this house since I was the one that booked it. It is unfortunate, because this place has a lot of potential.

We have full time property manager and we do our best to make the stay pleasant for each guest. Here is our response to each of your issues:

>>> We take care of bulbs each week and these might have been gone during your stay

>> We are not aware of any smell

>>>> This is mountain house so it wont be same look and feel like 3 start hotel
Plastic covers every window and the doors to the deck are non-usable
>>>> These are insulation for winter to keep the house warm. We take them out in spring
