Beautiful refreshing place to stay with Family or Friends Getaway

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We encourage reviews weather constructive or not in order to improve our guest experiences in the most positive way possible. We must respond to this review in order to set some important facts straight and we mean this in the most professional and positive way possible. So we will just list them here:

1. This guest is correct we have very affordable prices for such a beautiful rental (View pictures).
2. We do not and have nor have we ever described our rental as a condo. (View Pictures)
3. This building was never converted from a single story family house. This building was built in 1984 as an office professional with a living arrangement on the second level.
4. This building is a Craftsman style building in every sense of the name and is label such on the original plans. (View Pictures)
5. This rental is NOT a BACK APARTMENT nor is located behind an office. (View Pictures)
6. We have TWO access to the rental one being the primary from the front of the building and the secondary from the rear security gated parking lot for the guest convienence. (View Pictures)
7. The kitchen counters are 5in above normal and has never been a problem for anyone. The kitchen was remodeled in 2003. (view pictures)
8. The City of Paso Robles requires new commercial construction to have living build upstairs; most rentals in town are located above business.
9. The bathrooms have older tile; however, as you can see by our pictures they have been kept in immaculate and clean condition and have all new glass shower doors, fixtures among other things. (View pictures)
