About Deanie Gunder
We are Ray and Deanie, our primary home is in Lakeland Fl where our children and family. We are highschool sweethearts who have bee very blessed and fortunate in our lives. Our 2 children, Travis and Jodi, gave us 4 beautiful amazing grandchildren. We owe Gunder's Auto Center, a collision repair shop, in Lakeland with our 2 children. I am semi-retired as I travel to NC and love working the vacation rental business.
Deanie Gunder purchased this cabin in 2009
Why Deanie Gunder chose Franklin
We built his home, actually I was the GC, and built this 2nd dream home in 2009. We bought the property as one parcel, and decided to put in the roads and few lots. I love the vacation rental business, and hoping to give our children a place in the mountains after we are gone, we are hanging on to our beautiful river and mountain log homes. We love the mountains!!!! I love this home!!!! It was built with lots of love and passion, designed and decorated with the same, and I hope you too will fall in love with our home and our beloved Smokey Mountains...
Guestbook comments from the manager
Man o Man….yes, we had a wondereful time. We went to the mine on 28, 3 times and went to another mine… out of town. We went to Fatz twice, Dillards, and Fat Buddys. Didn’t do much cookin at home. We also took the trip up to Highland City and saw all the beautiful waterfalls. We also went to the Whistle Stop Antique Mall twice, Thank you and Deanie so much, for being so kind to us. We had a blast, and it is a sad moment when we have to leave. We sat in front of the fireplace and kept warm, loved it. That big ole log house is well insulated.. I really like Clennie, he came by when we were doing some shooting. Thank you again.
