This elegant 4 bedroom/ 4.5 bath sound front home has been built with exceptional care and detail. It has been furnished as a permanent residence so every angle has been thought of. It is located in The Village at Ocean Hill which offers the following amenities: 2 beach access points with parking, 2 community pools and tennis courts, playground, basketball court and fitness center. House amenities include: Elevator, Electric fireplace, 2 full size refrigerators, 3 TVS, 2 VCR/DVDs, Stereo w/ CD, outside shower, gas grill, covered decking, sun decks, deck furniture, books, and games. There is a bedroom on the mid level with a Double bed that has a handicap friendly bath. This includes a wider doorway, roll-in shower with seat and grab bars and a roll under sink. Remaining bedrooms consist of : 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. There are also 2 Twin roll away beds available. All bed linens and towels provided. NO SMOKING. Dogs allowed with prior approval by owner.
