Spacious cottage in a private and wooded setting. Recently painted with new wood floor and knotty pine walls. One level cottage has a large open modern kitchen/dining area for four with sky light, comfortable living room, and full bath. Large yard with Gazebo with 2 beds which can sleep 2 more people. Beautiful gardens with outdoor swing. 200 yards from the 40 mile bike trail that rides to and through the National Seashore from Dennis to Wellfleet and walking distance to large fresh water ponds. Bay and ocean beaches are only 3 miles away. Very quiet with easy access on and off Route 6.
