Annapolis Vacation Rental condo

Nancy, Thanks so much for the great condo. Exactly as stated - even more. We were so happy with the accomodations and the pool. Close to everything but still able to have our own privacy. Condo was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to my friends traveling to the Annapolis area.

My family and I recently stayed at this condo for four nights to do some sight-seeing in Annapolis as well as Washington DC.

It was convenient to all--less than 10 mintues from Annapolis Harbor and the Naval Academy, and about a 15/20 minute drive to the metro station to go to DC. Plus, it is located right down the road from a huge mall with more than a dozen sit-down restaurants!

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. Even the dishware, linens and towels provided were top-notch. Last, but not least, our five-year old son had a blast swimming in the pool (which was always staffed with a lifeguard).

We have rented several other properties through Home Away in the past few years, and all of them have been good. But this property was one of the best ones ever, and we would absolutely stay again in the future.

I needed a central place to stay to show my Canadian friend around - and I was able to take her to Annapolis, D.C., Virginia, and Delaware. But beyond this central location, the condo was perfect. Having 2 beautifully decorated master bedrooms with a bathroom in each provided a very comfortable living situation - and everything but your clothes and bathroom necessities were provided (even shampoo if you forgot!).

We lucked out with the weather - very Spring-like for February! But even if we faced winter's worst, we would have been very comfortable staying in; catching a movie nearby or visiting one of the many restaurants that are in short driving distance.

Having the kitchen was another great plus! We shared wonderful breakfast and dinner conversations over the dining room table and/or pass-through/bar. True red-wine lovers will appreciate the wine glasses that are provided ;)

I would describe the condo as immaculate & quiet. Upon arrival we were welcomed into this lovely space accompanied by the sounds of jazz on cable tv - thank you Nancy - a very nice touch!

Having the garage was also a very nice bonus.

I would definately recommend this property to anyone who was interested in staying in this area. Oh, extra note: there was a brand new steak house that opened over at the mall (down the road, across the street) - we didn't have a chance to visit but it looked very promising ;)
