The Poison Creek Mercantile Building is located just off of Main Street on Heber Ave. Recognized as one of the best locations in all of Park City. Within 1 minute on foot you have access to Jean Louis, Butchers Steakhouse,Prime Steakhouse, Zoom (Robert Redfords Restuarant) Easy Street Brasserie, Fin, Oishi Sushi, Riverhorse, Chenez, Bangkok Thai, Wahso Asian Grill, La Casita Mexican and the Copper Creek Pub. The town lift accesses the resort and is just 250 feet away. This multi million dollar hideaway is private and large and comes with top of the line linens, kitchenware and electronics. A Huge great room allows for group entertaining. Bedrooms suites off main room provide a nice private getaway to relax from a hard day hiking or skiing. Full baths provide jetted tubs and a shared but rarely used roof top Jacuzzi with unbelievable views of the historic park city around you

Take advantage of the private underground parking, especially nice on snowy day when you want to drive to Deer Valley, if you choose not to drive, the old town depot in 100 feet away that goes to all the resorts within minutes, free of charge..... Done skiing, take a hot tub, grill steaks on the Lynx gas bbq and enjoy the fabulous kitchen with all amenities included. Great Room for social gathering including a wood burning fireplace... Sleeps 6 in rooms and space for 2 more in the great room, a full laundry room in the home stocked with cleaning detergents/supplies so don't bring to many clothes. In the heart of Old Town you can walk to everything but feels private.

Sundance: Sundance: WE ARE BOOKED FOR SUNDANCE 2010 Many entertainers in the building daily as they used the retail space below for photo shoots and tv interviews. Great entertainer location. Key card access to the parking structure, key card access to the building. key card access to the hallways so its very private and secure. Enter a subterranean parking structure via card access, take private elevator to the second floor and you are in your unit without any paparazzi issues. Its the best location in the city for sundance as you are in main street location with parking for your car. The Sundance headquarters are held across the street.
