Welcome to Apple Orchard Vacation. Our beautiful stone home is secluded in the country near Branson but not in the traffic rush. It features a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and full bath. The back wooden deck, off the fully furnished kitchen/dining room, overlooks the young apple orchard where deer can often be viewed. The inviting living room has vaulted ceilings, a large arched window. Each of the other four bedrooms feature unique custom designs. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and two have regular beds. Laundry facilities are provided. Our home is located 10 miles north of Branson and 30 miles south of Springfield which provide the options of museums, a zoo, boating, 52 live music shows, and outlet mall shopping. Don't miss the new Branson Landing for great shopping. Our home is very popular with family and group gatherings. Branson's live entertainment is on par with Las Vegas. There is also some of the best shopping in the country with 4 different malls. Branson is famous for it's theme parks of Silver Dollar City, White Water, Celebration City, and the Branson Belle Riverboat. There are 12 championship gold courses. There are boating, fishing, swimming, para sailing, and skiing opportunities on Table Rock Land and Taneycomo Lake. Bear Creek Trail Rides offers guided horseback rides daily through a forested area with a clear running creek.

A Great Place

This is a great place to stay. My husband and I stayed here with our daughters and grandchildren (19, 18, 14, 8, 7) for 4 days. We could have stayed much longer. With 9 people, we were never crowded or lacked privacy and never ran out of hot water. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. It's peaceful and quiet about 10 miles north of Branson - close enough to be a tourist and far enough for quiet family time. The kids loved the family room and games in the basement. The adults loved visiting on the deck looking at the apple orchard and horses. We all enjoyed the large yard for outdoor games. One warmer night we sat outside looking at the stars. Another night was cool so we had a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils and we cooked all our own meals. The owners live next door (40 acres away) and were great. As long as this house is available, I'll never stay in a motel in Branson again. I would recommend this house to anyone who prefers some quiet time as opposed to fighting traffic and running nonstop in Branson.

Misty Mornings and Long Summer Sunsets

This is a secret treasure on a hilltop overlooking long slooping valleys. To be honest, I hope only the wisest ones discover this place because it is a real gem to savour. My husband and I were visiting from Spain and say, Bravo!
We loved seeing the deer, horses, hummingbirds, all sorts of birds, butterflies...
We definetley recomend this to anyone who respects the queitness of the woods, and can still venture into the city or to the lake or down to the creek that we also enjoyed nearby.
The home is adorable and we give our kind thanks to Jim and Lois for creating such a peaceful enviornment.

My home away from home!!!!

This place is beautiful inside and out. Our stay here was so relaxing and peaceful. We loved being close to Branson, Ozark and Springfield, but really loved that we could get away from all the traffic and enjoy the beauty of the country. The view from the house is beautiful, we even saw deer in the orchard next to the house. We enjoyed picking blackberries right there on the property and enjoyed the owners horses that came up to the fence. The owners are wonderful people...we enjoyed getting to know them. I definitely would recommend this home to anyone who is wanting to come to Branson for a fun, relaxing time with your family. We will be back for our next vacation!
