Just one mile from Ron Jon Surf Shop and close to many restaurants, clubs and bars right on A1A. Kennedy Space Center is just a short ride away. Free gambling cruises out of Port Canaveral. And only 60 miles from Orlando and all the Central Florida theme parks and attractions! Balcony directly overlooks the beach. Cable television with DVD & VCR in living room. Fully furnished including queen master bed, twin 2nd bedroom and pull out sofa. Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, range and oven. All dishes and silverware with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer.

Just minutes from NASA's visitor complex at Kennedy Space Center. Just 1 hour drive to Orlando area attractions including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios Resort, Sea World, Wet N' Wild and many more. Cocoa Beach is a vibrant small town with many family activities available. Just drive up and down A1A and you will come across numerous restaurants and shops that suit every taste and budget. Families with children will find mini golf, public playgrounds at Lori Wilson State Park and plenty to do right at the condo complex. There is tennis on-site as well as a pool for condo guests only. The beach has a private access for condo guests and is usually quiet just in front of the condo. A short stroll on the beach will get you to some area hotels with bars and restaurants right off the beach.

  • $250 Security Deposit Required at time of booking. Booking will not be confirmed until security is received. Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival. After this point, security shall be forfeit. As long as all keys, towels, dishes and other sundry items are left behind and the unit is in good shape upon departure, the security shall be returned within 14 days of vacating the unit. **Cleaning fee is charged minimum once per month, unless otherwise negotiated.**
  • 50% Payment is required within 30 days of arrival. Balance is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Rental payments are not subject to refund. Payments may be made by personal check or through paypal account. Paypal information shall be shared upon request.
