Historic Dennis Village-on 1/2 acre wooded property just north of 6A on quiet residential street. 1/2 mile from family friendly Corporation Beach, 1/2 mile from village center & just down the street from fresh water Scargo Lake. Two story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cape with spacious renovated kitchen, dining room, living room. 1st floor master bedroom has queen bed, private sitting room & full bathroom/shower. 1st floor second bedroom has a queen bed. 2nd floor has two large airy bedrooms; one with (1) full bed & (1) twin; the other has (2) twins. 2nd floor-full bath/shower. Washer/dryer & additional half bath on first floor. Cable TV, DVD/VCR, high speed internet. Side porch/deck; Weber gas grill & standard charcoal grill; outdoor enclosed hot & cold shower; picnic table; garage. Bedrooms have in-window a/c. Walk to Bay Beach, Scargo Lake, bandstand, shops, restaurants, Cape Cod Playhouse, Cinema & Museum. Maximum occupancy is 8 including children. Absolutely NO DOGS. NO SMOKING.
