Welcome to beautiful Seabrook Island, a gated private community located just minutes from historic downtown Charleston. This second floor beachfront condo has a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the inlet to the North Edisto River and drop dead gorgeous sunsets at dusk. There is direct beach access from the brand new boardwalk next to the deck. As of March 1. 2009, the condo will be completely renovated. The Beach Club which has a variety of dining facilities is also where the fitness center and three sparkling pools are located; this is only a five minute walk from the villa. Access to the pools and fitness center is free of charge to renters of this property. Available to guests as well are two world class golf courses designed by Willard Byrd and Robert Trent Jones and the Racquet Club which offers 15 professionally maintained clay courts with a full service Racquet Club Pro Shop. An Equestrian Center on the island offers rides for both beginners and advanced riders.

As of March 1, 2009, the condo will be completely renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. This includes new cabinets and granite counter tops. New furnishings will also be added in the contemporary style. Be one of the first to come and stay at this magnificent ocean front vacation rental.

Free amenity access to three pools and fitness center at the Beach Club which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Water aerobics and swim lessons are offered throughout the summer months. The Racquet Club at Seabrook Island offers 15 professionally maintained clay courts and a full service Racquet Club Pro Shop. Social, instructional, and competitive programs are available along with seasonal camps and junior programs for all levels.

The Seabrook Island Club's Recreation department offers programs for children 4-12 and opportunities for teens to meet on the island through sports, scavenger hunts, and pool parties.

Golf: Two challenging golf courses designed by Willard Byrd and Robert Trent Jones are available to guests. The driving range is open from 7a.m. to 7 p.m. during the summer.

Wanted to keep this great condo a secret but can't

I wanted to keep this great condo a secret so that it would be available for me whenever I wanted it, but you can't keep such a awesome thing to yourself. Also, I didn't think that would be appreciated by the nice owners that have gone out of their way to make this condo so enjoyable.

It was extremely clean which is very important to me. It had everything we needed to make our week at the beach enjoyable and plenty of "good" towels for bathing, also very important to me. I hate those rentals that have those "want to be towels like a cheap hotel". The convenience of a brand new washer/dryer was great for all your beach clothes that needed washing.

The condo was newly remodeled and it shows. The picture of the sunset does not do it justice. The sunsets from this condo our breathtaking. Even though it was the dead of summer, we were always comfortable out on the deck, no matter what time of day because there was a fabulous breeze. We would just put up the umbrella if the sun was overhead.

The island is quiet and the beach is never overcrowed! It was a magical week and we can't wait to go back
