New 2007 designer decorated modern family home located in a quiet setting just 11 miles north of the Las Vegas Strip. The main features include 5 full size bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home boasts 2 family rooms, Large HD flat screen, satellite TV, DVD, XBOX etc. There is a formal living and dining room. A modern granite kitchen with eat in area as well. There is a Full In-Home Office with a Dell computer, printer, copier, scanner, fax, and wireless high speed Internet connection. Additionally, the home has a custom heated pool/spa whirlpool, with lots of outdoor seating, dining table, couches and fire-pit outdoors. This is a perfect setting for a family getaway with the best of both worlds!

Fabulous Las Vegas Strip is located 11 miles from the home. Home to a wide variety of shows, concerts, nightlife etc. The old strip-historic 'Fremont street experience', with the worlds Largest Light display, covering a pedestrian walkway with over 12 million lights!! It is billed as the largest big screen on the planet; is just 8 miles from the home. Hoover Dam is located just 35 miles from the home. The Grand Canyon is located exactly 4 hours from the home via car, but there are many tourist offices that sell helicopter/small plane tours from the strip daily. 20 minutes from Lake Mead where you can enjoy boating, jet-ski, water-ski etc. The home is also not far from the Las Vegas Convention center.

During Sept.25-28, 2009, My annual couples group enjoyed the lovely stay in this beautiful and relaxing home away from home atmosphere. From the time we arrived to the time we departed, the cozzy enviroment made us feel welcomed to Las Vegas, for the weekend. Although, there were a few mishaps...such as No local television channels for the football games and the pool table being too close to the wall..overall we enjoyed the relaxing rooms, the convience of washing and the ability of cooking instead of eating out...all the time. Ms. Christy, I would personally, like to say thanx for being just a phone call away, whenever we had questions. my group looks forward to vacationing at your home in the...VERY NEAR FUTURE!

Our Perfect Stay in Las Vegas

The picture of the house is exactly what you see when you get there. The neighbor hood is very nice and clean, the front and back of the house are landscaped beautifully. The house was very clean and live in ready when we arrived. I would certainly reccomend this property to others!! The person who helped us with the rental was Fantastic!!! She was on point all the time, and was always very helpful!!! My only suggesting would be, if you have light carpet then you should make sure it is cleaned each time before you rent the property, and if anything is broken make sure it is fixed prior to renting the property. Other then that, would certainly rent this property again when visiting Vegas!!!!
