According to some Hollywood Beach residents, and our previous tenants, the best location in South Florida, not only this breathtaking building is right in the water, but is sitting right in A1A, right in the county line (Dade & Broward), 1 minute to Aventura and their huge Aventura Mall, Country Club Drive, restaurants, etc. Minutes from the Gulf stream Park & Casino and Hard Rock Cafe Resort & Casino.
