Fully furnished year round home on Cayuga lake . An extensive level yard leads to 130 feet of prime lake front. From 600 sq. ft. of deck space it is 45 feet to the extra wide dock which extends 40 feet over the water. There is paved driveway with plenty of off street parking.

This Charming year round home is located on the Northeast side of Cayuga Lake in the village of Cayuga close to New York State Route 90. This is the heart of the Finger Lakes Region where not only boating, swimming and fishing are popular, but also many places to visit and tour. These include antique shops, The Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, Bass Pro Shop, and MacKenzie-Child’s Pottery Factory and Store. Also, in the nearby villages of Seneca Falls, Skaneateles, and Aurora, the Women’s Hall of Fame, unique quaint village shopping and great dining opportunities can be found. Nearby Auburn, has the Seward House, the Harriet Tubman House, fine restaurants and The Merry-Go-Round Theater. Surrounding Cayuga Lake are four state parks, The Montezuma Federal Wildlife Refuge, 15 Wineries, and four colleges (Wells, New York State Chiropractic, Cornell and Ithaca). There are also two restaurants nearby accessible by boat for lunch or dinner. Easy access to the NYS Thruway (I90) .

Off Season Attractions: Wine tours are held in Winter, Spring and Autumn on both Cayuga (18 Wineries) and Seneca Lakes (35 Wineries). Many of these wineries are open for daily wine tours and tasting as well as special wine events. As mentioned above, the location is across from Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge. A wonderful experience is watching the winter migration of waterfowl which is viewable from the Lake House. Over 50 varieties of ducks, swans, geese and other birds can be seen from mid -February through March. Our location would also be attractive to anyone involved in graduation or parent's weekend for Cornell University, Ithaca College, Wells College, The New York State Chiropractic College, or SUNY Auburn. At day's end beautiful sunsets and evening bonfires can be enjoyed.

Theater and additional attractions: The Merry Go Round Theater in nearby Auburn, offers live Broadyway theater on the shore of Owasco Lake only 20 minutes away. The Harriet Tubman House and the Seward House are also in Auburn. Skaneateles Village on the shore of Skaneateles Lake offers quaint shops, a variety of restaurants and daily boat tours on the lake and year round special events. All are less than 30 minutes away. Nearby attractions include fine dining at the Aurora Inn, Deerhead Inn, and Wheelhouse Restaurants (all boat accessible), 8 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Whether it is for a weekend or a week this is a perfect place to kick back and relax or take in the areas offerings Cornell University and Ithaca College are located at the south end of Cayuga Lake.
