This amazing corner, gulf-front suite on the seventh floor is in a five star hotel. When you check in be sure to tell the front desk agent that you are renting from an owner - the hotel will NOT have you in their system so have your rental agreement in hand for speedier check in. There is only valet parking at the hotel. The valet guys were very nice and accommodating. There is no extra charge for the valet since you rent from an owner but you should tip them. The bellmen were nice and efficient. We went to the grocery to stock up on staples for the suite and they had no problem bringing up my groceries for me. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. There are plenty of dishes and glassware. It is requested by the suite owner that you wash and put away all dishes used before you leave. Also it is requested that you put all used bedding and towels in the bathtub when you leave. Since you are not in the hotel "system" you will not be able to charge anything to your room - such as room service, restaurant, bar, spa and pool charges. This was not a problem - just carry your credit card or cash around to pay/tip with. We wanted to rent movies in the room through the tv but this wasn't available either since we weren't in the hotel "system". The view is amazing from the suite. There is a balcony off the living room and a separate, private balcony off the bedroom. The suite is on the northwest corner of the hotel so you can see the intercoastal waterway (Mandalay bay) as well as the pool, beach and gulf. The sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep 2 comfortably and the sleeper sofa in the bedroom can sleep 1 comfortably. Since there is no daily maid service you must pull out/make the bed yourself each night and put it back together after sleeping. The bed in the bedroom is a feather bed and we felt several feathers poking our back/body while sleeping. This is a good size suite with dining table for six and two bar stools at the bar between the living room and kitchen. The bathroom is large with a huge jetted tub - large enough for two. The toilet isn't in it's own closet. The washer and dryer are small, stackable type and in the closet in the bathroom. Laundry detergent was provided. The shower is very nice, good size. There are plenty of towels provided in the suite. Pool towels are provided for the heated pool. Overall this is a great place. Five star all the way! I would stay in this suite again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Our policy on washing the dishes, stripping the beds and putting towels in the tub before leaving are just suggested, there is no requirement to do so. You are more than welcome to just leave it like you would any other hotel suite. Each Suite is fully cleaned after each use. Thanks again and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
