The cabin is unique, on a hill surrounded by trees, has a covered/screen-in front porch, the Ouachita National forest is out the back door, and the EPA rated 'cleanest lake in the nation,'Lake Ouachita' is 3 block from the front door. The cabin is clean, free of smoke dust and pet dander. Located only 3 blocks (walking distance) from the marina boat ramp, and Marina restaurant, it is as close to the lake as the Corps of engineers allow. Cabin has a full kitchen w/dishes etc, linens/towels etc. provided, LCD TV w/ dish network, charcoal grille, 30 to 45 min. from Hot Springs, one block from play ground. Parking for boat trailer. Guided Striper fishing trips available from the owner. 20 minutes from the Coleman Miller Mine crystal mines and many other attractions (see Hot Springs, AR) best hunting in Arkansas.

The Hill Top Cabin is located on the North shore of Lake Ouachita in an area known as Possum Hollow, just outside the North Shores Resort and Marina. Only 3 blocks from the boat ramp, and Marina restaurant. The lake is EPA rated 'the cleanest lake in the nation'. With 975 miles of shoreline, 49000 acres of water, and featuring over 300 islands complete with their on private beaches, (accessible by boat). You can also hunt crystals at the mines 20 minutes away. Hot Springs national park is only 35 minutes away featuring Magic Springs, Crystal Falls, Hot Springs Mid America Science museum, and don't forget the famous bath house row with great massages.

  • We require a $200 damage deposit, which is refundable within 30 days.
  • BOOKING:
    In order to book, we will need to charge at least 50% of the total amount (rental rate, tax, cleaning fee, and damage deposit) on a Visa or Mastercard. 30 days prior to your stay, we will run any remaining amount on the same card. Within 30 days after your stay, we will credit back your damage deposit, assuming nothing has been broken or damaged.
  • CANCELLATION:
    If you cancel more than 30 days before your stay, you will be subject to a $35 booking/cancellation fee, but all other charges (rental rate, tax, cleaning fee, damage deposit) will be refunded to your account. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay, we reserve the right to keep the rental amount plus tax, but the cleaning fee and damage deposit will be refunded to your account.

Notes: This cabin is very clean and pleasant, no smoking or pets are allowed in the cabin. Due to the hill top location and steep drive, it is not possible to make the cabin wheelchair accessible. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Direct TV has most all channels including all movie channels, NFL ticket, NHL ticket, MLB ticket, TVG and Spanish Channels. Be sure to bring your charcoal and lighter fluid for the grille. The cabin is only 3 blocks from the marina loading ramp, and restaurant .
