Be among the first to stay in this brand new modern-design Plum island home on the ocean side of the island, halfway down a small quiet street. House is on 2 floors. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining area, granite kitchen w/ breakfast bar and two decks. Downstairs includes play room, full bath and large office/guest room. Fully furnished. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Amenities include outdoor shower and changing area, flat screen TV in living room, new outdoor grill, all new appliances, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning (use of A/C requires an additional fee). Lifeguard beach is five houses down the street. Nearby areas of interest include Newburyport, Parker Wildlife Refuge (a short bicycle ride down the island), fishing, boating, and bird watching. Parking for two cars.
