Are you looking for the “WOW!” factor – then look no further! We understand how important your vacation is to you and your family which is why we have spared no expense to provide everything you could possibly need.

Three stunning master suites, two themed twins and super-sized living accommodation (including private TV den / bedroom 6) adds up to over 3,000 sq ft so plenty of space for a large family gathering.

To make the most of the wonderful Florida sun, you can enjoy the South-East facing pool / spa, luxury sun-loungers and large gas BBQ. For your entertainment, the villa has a games room and a 42' HD LCD TV with Blu-ray player in the main lounge area and cable TV and wi-fi throughout.

Magical Stay is perfectly located, just 15 minutes from the Disney gates and a very short drive to local supermarkets – who wants to spend lots of time shopping for groceries when on vacation!

Our Management Company is nearby to ensure you have everything you need for a perfect stay with us.

Living space: Magical Stay is the perfect place to return to at the end of your day in the theme parks or on the golf course. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can chill out around the pool or relax in the integral spa.

Living Area

The open-plan lounge area has a light airy feel with a high ceiling and access to the pool deck.

There is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family with comfortable sofas and a 40' HD LCD TV to watch the numerous channels available on High Definition cable TV. You can also rent your favorite movie and watch it in full high-dev on the Blu-ray DVD player.

There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.

Dining

There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a family dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan.

Kitchen: Kitchen & Breakfast Nook.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you need to look after the whole family’s culinary needs. There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of course, an American size fridge.

Games Room: The games room has been installed just this year and consists of a 7' pool table, air hockey, electronic basketball and foosball (table football)

Hi Sharon,
Want to thank you for a fantastic stay in you gorgeous home!!! It was all very comfortable and roomy. I just wish the weather was not the coolest week of the year - LOL we were able to use the pool a couple of times and when we did it was great - same with the hot tub. Love sitting outside with no bugs. I know what my next house will have - screened in back yard.

Wonderful house...

We are two familys that stayed at Magical stay in oktober 2012.
We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. The house had everything you could need and it was very clean.Our party had three children in the ages of 5, 12 and 18 and they all loved the house. The older kids loved the gameroom and the 5 year old loved the pool.
Many thanks to the manegement team Kimberly and Danny they are very service minded. Thank you Sharon for letting us use your wonderful home.

Memorable holiday!

This had to be the highlight of our vacation. After a long day at the parks, to be able to jump in our rented convertible, drive back to this beautiful home, grab a drink from the fridge and relax by the pool, truly made this a memorable holiday and so very relaxing. I need not comment on the house itself, it is everything that everyone else has said about it and the photos don't do justice to the warmth in the home. Te management team was friendly and helpful, coming over promptly to fix a burnt out light bulb on the outside patio. It was all very professional and I CAN"T WAIT to go back. Thank you for being a part of our holiday. Eat at Manny's, it's so redneck and so good.

Hi Sharon,

I just wanted to let you know that our Christmas 2012-2013 at your vacation home was absolutely wonderful! Everything was just as you said it would be, right down to the Christmas Tree..so much nicer than the lot of us being crammed into a couple hotel rooms thats for sure! We did a lot of running through the day to parks, shopping even took in a basketball game and a concert...have to say at the end of the day it was so nice to come back to the house and cook a meal...take a dip in the pool and relax in the hot tub before crashing for the night. This is the 3rd time we have rented a vacation home in Florida and I have to say we all agreed that this one was the best..you were great to deal with from the get go....Kim and her husband make a fantastic management team lots of smiles and always there to answer any questions you may have...I have to say you are very lucky there thats for sure!
