Notes: Beautiful NEW (2008) post & beam house with red birch hardwood flooring on main floor. Tile in all bathrooms and entryways and carpet in all the bedrooms. Stainless steel appliances in large kitchen with large island and seating for 6. There is also a breakfast nook for dining and/or working (if you really have to) - seats 6. We also have 4 kayaks (1 double) and a canoe for your use. We have a few life jackets available - but you should plan on bringing your own.

wonderful family vacation!

This house is beautiful and clean with THE best location right on a sandy beach complete with kayaks and firepit! Great deck and screened in porch no need to ever leave the grounds but if you want to there is plenty to do in the area. Our family of five and had a wonderful experience last summer and hope to come back very soon! The owners are unbelievably nice and accomodating! This is a real find!

Wonderful, wonderful rental property. The home itself is wonderfully comfortable and spacious, with multiple areas to "hang out", including an awesome 3 season screened in room we ate nearly every meal in. The location is simply sublime - overlooking an expansive part of Lake Champlain looking due south, the green mountains to the East, the Adirondacks to the West. The water was great - one can walk out hundreds of yards on a nice sandy bottom. Other than one other home nearby there were no other homes, with a mile of undeveloped shore to the East.

Would I go back there - absolutely and unequivocally - a wonderful place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A fantastic family spot

Our family just returned from our vacation at this beautiful home and all we can say is AMAZING. The house is gorgeous and has everything you would ever need for a perfect getaway. Coffee in the morning on the sprawling deck, lunch and dinner on the screened-in porch, star-gazing at night on the beach - what could be better. The kids loved that you could walk out for what seemed forever in shallow water and the adults enjoyed the kayaks and fire-pit. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to getaway from it all. The owners are SOOO nice and accommodating as well. We are already planning our trip back next year!
