This graceful, easy-to-live in home is perched above the sparkling waters of Gloucester's inner harbor. Watch the gulls soar and fishing boats return home to this lively nautical port from the comfort of your enclosed sun porch, deck, or even as you prepare a scrumptious meal in the large gourmet kitchen which opens onto a plush family room with wood burning stove. The warm decor and beautiful furnishings create an atmosphere sure to please even the most discerning guests. On the main floor, in addition to the kitchen which opens onto the family room and sun room, there is a half bath, and a formal dining room which is adjacent to the living room complete with grand piano. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two full baths and laundry. The master bedroom overlooks the harbor. The convenient in-town location of this home makes it an ideal oasis for those who enjoy restful refinement while also delighting in being part of the Gloucester experience. Additional information about rental rates

  • Standard Rate: $1800 per week summer/ $6800 per month / $375 per night minimum 3 night stay
  • Rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 3:00 PM; check out by 10:00 AM. Late departure may be available.

    $300 deposit upon booking acts as a security deposit. Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival; remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. Payments preferred by check. If you wish to use Visa and MasterCard, please add+ 2.9% of the total fee.

    If a guest cancels, all pre-paid rental payments will become the property of the owner. If re-rented, the owner will deduct a $100 cancellation fee based on the total rent and will return the balance to the guest.
